I have been taking care of children since I can remember. My mother cared for children in our home, and I was the oldest of three girls and her helper. I started babysitting when I was fourteen, and went into childcare in 2005. I earned my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood/Special Education from UW-Whitewater and currently work as a special education paraprofessional at a local public school. I am also a licensed specialized foster parent and mom of two. I come from a military family. I was a military child, and my husband served in the Marine Corps reserves. My sister and brother in law are both active duty Marines. I would love the opportunity to help other military families.
